We would also recommend we visit the site to gauge it by eye and also meet you in person to get a better understanding of your goals and vision.

There are also certain design details that should be discussed during the planning stage so we can order the materials in advance in case they have long lead times. We would also need to discuss the functionality of the extension, as certain projects will require more work. For example, if the extension is to be a kitchen, then it will require additional consideration for elements like plumbing work as well as electrical.
